Full job description

Based in the heart of Birmingham's business district, (directly opposite Snow Hill Train Station), Kuula Poké is a unique quick-service restaurant serving delicious Hawaiian poké bowls & acai bowls made with premium, healthy & Asian-inspired toppings.

We are highly regarded, winning a National Restaurant Award for the Best Poké & Salad Bowls in England, Wales & NI (Deliveroo).

We seek part-time Prep Chefs with catering experience within a fast-paced, results-focused environment. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for preparing our premium poké bowl ingredients whilst maintaining our high standards in cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety. You must be a good team player, reliable, flexible and keen to learn and progress.

Hours of Work: part-time & flexible. Approximately 15-25 hours a week, days & hours to suit. Our preferred days are Monday to Thursday, mornings/lunchtimes.

Applicants must have the right to legally work in the UK without restrictions or limitations for at least the next 12 months.
