Bar Supervisor – The Old Bookbinders, Oxford

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Old Bookbinders – a much-loved, family-run pub in Oxford known for its French-inspired food, carefully kept beers, and quality wines.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

  • Supervising day-to-day bar operations
  • Leading and motivating a small, friendly team
  • Ensuring excellent service standards at all times
  • Handling busy services with confidence and efficiency
  • Supporting stock control, ordering, and cellar management
  • Resolving issues quickly and professionally

Working pattern: Tuesday–Saturday shifts
