Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish bar Restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients.

2 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager role in a high-quality and fast paced Restaurant

Good understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP
