Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face serving guests, ensuring smooth food service operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction. Your enthusiasm will help create memorable experiences for our visitors while supporting the overall success of our leisure venues.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining excellent guest service standards
  • Assist with food preparation and setup to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
  • Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen stations, and service areas throughout shifts

Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory checks
  • Experience with food preparation or kitchen work is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
