Job Overview
We’re looking for a confident and proactive individual to join the team at Blue’s Smokehouse during the week and on weekends. This role involves managing your own section, so you’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership, thinking on your feet, and delivering consistently high standards of hospitality.

You’ll play a key part in creating a great guest experience from start to finish, ensuring every table feels looked after and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and genuine hospitality at all times
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Carry out regular table checks to ensure guest satisfaction
• Confidently upsell menu items in a natural and engaging way
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Monitor your section closely, anticipating guest needs and managing tables effectively

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred

Working Hours

• Primarily Fridays & Saturdays, with flexibility for additional shifts
• Split shifts may be required
• Service periods include breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Pay: £12.71-£15.53 per hour
