Kitchen Assistant – Join Our Passionate Catering Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team.

As a vital member of our catering team, you’ll help deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of all our residents. From food preparation to baking and maintaining kitchen cleanliness, your role will be hands-on and varied — no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, restaurant-level food
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen
  • Assist with food prep, cleaning, and accurate record keeping
  • Contribute to making a wide variety of items on-site,

We pride ourselves on making as much as possible in-house, offering a great opportunity to learn new skills and techniques in a supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A strong work ethic, common sense, and a good sense of humour
  • Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team
  • Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right person
