Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor for The Lewisham Restaurant at Dartmouth Golf Course to join our team. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Please only apply to this position if you have Supervisor experience in Hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders

- Manage the reservation system
- Keep on top of inventory of supplies, including beverages, utensils, and condiments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for front-of-house staff
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Assist with special events or promotions as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
