Kitchen Chef (Part-time) Join Our Team at Bincho Yakitori Brighton

Bincho is a modern Japanese yakitori restaurant in the heart of Brighton, specialising in charcoal-grilled chicken skewers and authentic Japanese dishes.

We're looking for passionate and motivated kitchen staff who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to grow their cooking skills.

Whether you're an experienced chef or looking to develop your career in professional kitchens, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare fresh ingredients for service
  • Cook dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Work across different kitchen sections
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Support your teammates during busy service
  • Help with stock rotation and daily kitchen organisation

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential
