Full job description

The temporary position of a team member of Front of House at the main reception desk, consists of meet and greet of all visitors and contractors, along with helping to undertake daily tasks and procedures such as, responding to emails and booking in visitors and parking arrangements at site, updating relative documentary systems (training given).

The candidate will also be responsible to respond to any building alarm activations on which training will be given ie; Fire alarm, intruder alarm and building plant alarms. Interaction with building staff is a daily requirement for all internal tenants needs.

  • There will be a requirement for the candidate to hold an SIA badge certification.

Smart dress code and a polite manner to all staff and visitors attending site.

Previous experience skills in this type of employment is preffered.

The temporary position may result in perminant employment for either 12 or 18 hours per week. Days of employment - Monday pm / Friday am. These days/ times are negoitiable.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
