Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience through attentive and professional interaction. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Assist in food preparation and uphold food safety standards throughout service.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally, striving to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation techniques.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including serving procedures and guest services.
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and transactions accurately.
• Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
