Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes with precision, consistency, and flair, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Manage food preparation stations efficiently to ensure timely service during busy morning hours
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in all kitchen areas according to health regulations
  • Assist in menu planning and ingredient ordering to ensure availability of fresh produce and supplies
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate meal serving times and accommodate special dietary requests
  • Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times

Experience

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with breakfast or brunch menus
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, culinary skills, and kitchen equipment operation
  • Previous experience serving guests or working in customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential
  • Enthusiasm for creating delicious breakfast options that excite guests and enhance their overall experience
