Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, visitors, and guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to create memorable experiences for our members and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Provide outstanding guest services, addressing any questions or concerns promptly
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, lounge, and outdoor seating areas, including tables and service stations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Assist in setting up events or special functions as required
  • Manage guest feedback professionally to promote customer satisfaction

Experience

  • Experience in bar and restaurant service is required
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and sales performance
