Experienced Café & Front of House Team Member (Full Time)

Full Time | Pay in line with National Living Wage (depending on age and experience)

We're searching for an experienced Front of House team member who thrives in a busy café environment, loves looking after people and takes real pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This isn't a management position—it's about being part of a brilliant team, setting the standard on the floor and helping create the atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of hospitality.
  • Confidence making quality coffees (or a solid foundation with a willingness to develop your barista skills).

  • The ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
