Full job description

The Links are looking for waiting staff to join the team, part time and full time positions available.

The facility is adjacent to Wales oldest golf course which is in the top five courses in the country and will attract both members and visitors looking to visit and play as well as holidaymakers and locals just looking to enjoy a coffee, a top dining experience, a drink or a few nights stay in this beautiful National Park environment.

The role will include the following

  • Greeting customers and showing them to their table.
  • Preparing tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available items.
  • Presenting customers with the menu, informing them of daily specials, and taking orders.
  • Checking the quality of dishes before serving them.
  • Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Attending tables and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Delivering checks and taking payments.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Strictly adhering to food, sanitary, and safety standards.

We are looking for the following experience and attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good team player.

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Shifts ranging from 8am, 12pm , 3pm and 6pm Monday to Sunday, 4 - 8 hour shifts available.
