Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their experience is memorable. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities will encompass various aspects of service, including catering, serving, and food preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary to enhance the dining experience.
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Handle cash and card transactions with precision while maintaining accurate records of sales.
  • Have knowledge/skill in serving ales and mixed drinks and be able to give recommendations to customers.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with catering services will be an advantage.
  • Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety regulations are essential for this role.
