Akoko is a one Michelin star restaurant in the heart of Fitzrovia, known for combining West African flavours with modern fine dining and exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our front-of-house team.

This role is for a polished and confident hospitality professional who is comfortable engaging with guests, explaining dishes and ingredients, delivering table-side service, and maintaining high standards throughout service.

You must have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and wine.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience within fine dining or Michelin-level restaurants
  • Confidence running a section independently
  • Comfortable speaking to guests about food, ingredients, and wine
  • Strong table-side service skills
