FOOD RUNNER Osteria Vibrato — Soho, London

Situated in the heart of Soho, Osteria Vibrato delivers pan-regional Italian cuisine with a deep respect for Italy’s diverse culinary traditions. In under six months, we earned a place in the National Restaurant Awards Top 100 in the UK.

We are looking for a Polisher / Food Runner to join our Front of House team.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of our service. You will work closely with our kitchen and FOH teams, ensuring food reaches guests quickly and accurately while maintaining the highest standards of polishing, preparation and restaurant presentation.

The Role

  • Run food from the kitchen to the correct table accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH team throughout service.
  • Polish cutlery, glassware and crockery to an exceptional standard.
  • Assist with table setting, clearing and resetting throughout service.
  • Keep stations and service areas clean, organised and fully stocked.
  • Support the wider team during busy services and anticipate what needs doing.
  • Maintain a warm, professional and discreet presence around guests.
  • Follow our service, hygiene and safety standards consistently.

Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.
