Junior sous chef required for flagship BBQ restaurant in Kingston

Responsibilities : Work closely with the head Chef to deliver food to spec and in good time as per customer expectations.

Contribute to weekly cleaning tasks adhering to EHO standards

Menu input is also well received in this role.
