What You Will Be Doing: (Duties & Responsibilities)

· Reception duties and administration

· Managing communications: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

· Verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises and ensure that only authorized personnel gain access. This may include checking identification, issuing visitor badges, and logging entry and exit times.

· Scheduling and administrative support: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, plan travel arrangements, and assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying

· Ensuring compliance with all security policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.

What We Need From You: (Skills & Experience)

· Experience in a FOH role

· Attention to detail

· Smart and articulate

· Valid Frontline SIA licence and EFAW

· BPSS (Or ability to attain)

· SC Clearence (Or ability to attain)
