Job Summary

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent guest services throughout their visit
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery

  • Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure efficient service flow
  • Manage tables efficiently by clearing, resetting, and attending to guest needs promptly

  • Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and POS systems
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house teams
  • Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables and tasks effectively

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
  • Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food handling practices
  • Ability to perform food preparation tasks when necessary
