Job Overview

The Tite Is Recruiting

Tite is a stunning inn nestled near the picturesque Cotswolds and the charming town of Chipping Norton, offering classic décor and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking to increase our team as we enter spring and approach summer.

We have opportunities is all areas of the business, front and back of house. Experience isn't required; We're looking for hard working, customer centred, enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the pub
  • Handle payments accurately using the POS system
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our beers and on menu items and specials
  • Uphold food safety standards at all times in accordance with health regulations
  • Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Requirements

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings
