Job Introduction

You will join as an F&B Supervisor on a 1 year fixed term contract and be someone that values leadership, consistency and a guest-focused approach. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our Michelin restaurant, leading the team on shift and ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in delivering smooth, high-quality food and beverage service
  • Lead shifts, allocating duties and supporting team members during service
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience through attentive, friendly, and professional service
  • Maintain presentation and service standards across all areas
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Person Specification
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment ideally fine dining
  • Confident communicator with a positive, hands-on approach
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team during service
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
