Full job description

We’re looking for a part-time crew member to join our smashed burger team. The role includes serving customers, taking orders and payments, and helping out with both front-of-house and kitchen duties. We need someone flexible who can work 2 to 3 days per week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organised the restaurant and work station.
  • Collaborate with Front and Back of House colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist with food preparation for the day.
  • Handle payments and provide accurate change to customers.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work different schedules, evenings & weekends
