Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Pub Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily pub activities, support the management team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Previous experience in restaurant, barista, or hotel environments is highly desirable, along with supervisory and team management skills. The Assistant Pub Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Assist the Pub Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the venue
  • Supervise staff including serving personnel, kitchen team, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality and customer service
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory
