Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering and restaurant services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and food service to gain valuable experience in the industry.

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Help with setting up and organizing catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining areas, and serving stations
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
