Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar/Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary arts, team management, and delivering memorable guest experiences. Previous restaurant or hotel experience, along with supervisory skills, are essential to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards.
  • Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas.
  • Assist in training new employees in food production, serving procedures, and hospitality protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
