Job Summary
OPENING HOURS : Monday to Friday 7:30 am till 3:30 pm ..

We are seeking for BARISTA and SERVICE STAFF with proven coffee-making experiance, particularly in latte art speciality coffee preperation to join our vibrant team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, preparing high-quality beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry while working in a dynamic environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the coffee station, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing an outstanding experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, in accordance with company standards.
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections, upselling items to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic food handling practices.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Experience in kitchen or culinary environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
