Food and Beverage Team Member

F&B Team Member Overview

No matter how great our hotels or products are, guests will not return if we do not deliver stand out service, it is that simple. For that reason, we want to make sure that everyone in the hotel delivers world class service, on time, and to the highest standards. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work in a range of shifts and days, this means flexibility is required.

You will endeavour to always provide the highest level of customer service to our guests. You will be interacting with the customers directly and delivering the highest level of customer service to every guest.

F&B Team Member Key Responsibilities:-

• Serve fantastic quality food and beverages every time, on time.
• Ensuring that you strive for excellence to give the guest a great experience whatever the occasion.
• Work within the restaurant and bar team on any session to achieve the highest of standards in line with company brand standards.
• Provide a safe environment for our guests by following company food safety, Allergens Awareness, health and safety and licensing law guidelines.
• Ensure guest focus is implemented on every by adhering to brand standards.
• Ensure that you communicate and liaise with all team members in all departments and are willing to embrace company standards on every session by role modelling company standards at all times.
• Ensure that stock rotation is adhered to.
• Carry out stock take when requested.
• Always maintain high cleanliness of your work area and appearance.
• Greeting and seating guests.
• Taking orders and advising on menu choices.
• Delivering and presenting food and beverages to the highest standard.
• Receiving payments.
• Ensuring that our guests receive a warm and hospitable service leading them to become our loyal customers.
• Recommending dishes and drinks and pro-actively upselling to increase revenue

F&B Supervisor Key Skills:-

• Proven success in a similar role and environment.
• Excellent customer care and social skills.
• Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
• Pride and attention to detail.
• Ability to work using your own initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.

F&B Team Member – Personal Key Skills:-
