Job Overview

The Black Grape is a busy, fresh food restaurant on The Royal Mile. Independently owned & operated we're renowned as a great kitchen to work in, with strong work life balance and a positive environment.

We're looking for a full time kitchen assistant to join the team - you'll be helping us keep up with the dishes, assisting with the fresh food prep, learning new skills, plating puddings and shucking oysters.

We're looking for someone with some basic food prep skills and ideally a passion for cooking who wants to be trained up as a fully fledged chef.

In addition to full time hours, the successful candidate will also receive a full share of the tronc payments adding a minimum £3.5 per hour to your n
