Front of House – Full Time

Join the Team at Kumquat Restaurant
Kumquat is an award-winning modern Asian restaurant on The Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells, recognised with Two AA Rosettes and named Asian Fusion Restaurant of the Year. We’re proud to offer a refined dining experience built on exceptional food, elegant service, and genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for a professional and experienced Front of House team member to join our growing team. You’ll work across both floor and bar, delivering a seamless experience from the moment guests arrive until the moment they leave.

What we’re looking for:

  • A polished, professional manner and warm, confident communication
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for great service
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Experience in high-quality restaurants or hotels
  • A team-focused attitude and a sense of responsibility
  • Availability to work weekends and a mix of weekday shifts

For the right person, there is potential to grow into a supervisory or managerial role as the business continues to develop.
