Join Our Kitchen Team!

Bobbys Burgers & Wings is looking for a passionate and reliable Line Chef to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing high-quality food, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to company standards and recipes
  • Ensure food is presented consistently and to a high standard
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and kitchen areas
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with stock rotation and storage of deliveries
  • Monitor food quality and report any issues to management
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods
  • Support other kitchen team members when required
  • Help minimise food waste and maintain portion control standards
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures

Experience & Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Line Chef, Chef de Partie, Grill Chef, or similar kitchen role
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or takeaway environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essential
  • Right to work in the UK
