Are you friendly, reliable, and passionate about great service? We’re a warm and welcoming family-run business in Yarm looking for enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Staff to join our team.

About Us

We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where both customers and staff feel at home. As a family-run venue, teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

You’ll be working across both bar and floor service, helping to deliver an excellent experience for our guests. Duties include:

  • Serving food and drinks with a smile
  • Taking customer orders accurately
  • Preparing and serving beverages at the bar
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation
  • Working closely with the team during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training provided
  • Must be able to work all bank holidays including Christmas, early and late shifts.
