We have exciting opportunities at the recently refurbished Smugglers Hotel in Brixham.

A family run business that is committed to the finest local produce and primarily cooks fresh seafood from the harbour and grass-fed meats cooked over open coals.

We're looking for people who are enthusiastic and with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service with a keen eye for detail. Leadership and management skills will receive the higher end of our pay.

You will share our values and interest in farming and fishing. You will learn about high quality produce and be able to adapt and learn new skills.

We are looking for people that want a career in hospitality.

The job will include, but not be limited to;

  • Ensuring excellent standards with hygiene and cleaning
  • Wow the customers with exceptional customer service
  • Handle cash registers, payments and running end of day reports
  • Uphold company values
  • Taking orders and serving drinks
  • Checking in residents
  • Taking phone calls and bookings

Experience of at least 1 year in hospitality is essential and we will provide further training to develop the right candidate. Training will be to Silver Service standard.
