DARTMOUTH | PONTOON

THE ROLE

  • Deliver a high-energy, attentive, and consistent guest experience
  • Work closely with the team to keep service smooth, fast, and organised
  • Take ownership of your section and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Support the wider team during busy periods with a hands-on approach
  • Maintain high standards across service, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Bring positive energy to every shift and contribute to the overall atmosphere

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous FOH or hospitality experience preferred
  • Confident, personable, and naturally good with people
  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, adaptable, and open to weekend work

HOURS & PAY

  • Full-time and part-time roles available
  • Starting from £12 per hour plus tips
