General Manager – Crookley Park Estate Lead the Transformation of a Unique Hospitality & Events Destination

Crookley Park Estate is entering an exciting new chapter. We are repositioning the business into a destination brasserie and events venue, combining modern European dining with weddings, private events, afternoon teas, and seasonal experiences.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious General Manager to help lead this transformation and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing project from the beginning and have genuine input into its development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all front of house operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop the hospitality team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards
  • Oversee rotas, staffing levels, and labour control
  • Support event planning and execution
  • Work closely with the ownership team and hospitality consultant
  • Drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Implement systems, procedures, and service standards

About You

  • Previous General Manager experience within hospitality
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, or premium hospitality venues
