Let’s start with a little about us. The Lighthouse Restaurant is one of the prime places in Derbyshire’s food and drink scene - and we’ve got the awards to prove it! We come Michelin recommended and continue to trend very highly on the likes of Tripadvisor. Offering a tasting menu exclusive experience our offering is unique and popular, this is why we’re on the hunt for passionate and proud individuals to join our team to enable us to continue offering an amazing dining experience and assist with our demand.

As some of our valued long-term members of our close-knit team head off on their next chapter, we have a number of exciting opportunities available.

Bartenders
We're seeking bartenders with a genuine passion for premium spirits, classic and contemporary cocktails, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. If you love high-end drinks and impeccable service, we'd love to meet you.

Experience isn't essential; we value enthusiasm, professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn above all else.

Shifts are available Wednesday to Saturday evenings. We offer competitive pay, generous tips, staff meals, ongoing training, and the opportunity to be part of an ambitious, supportive team committed to excellence.
