Courtyard Oxford South is looking for a full-time and casual Food & Beverage team member to join their team. Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South, is a short distance to iconic Oxford and has proximity to Abingdon, Didcot Garden Town, Milton Park, Harwell and Bicester village.

Food & Beverage team member - The Role

  • Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management Team
  • As a member of our Food & Beverage team you'll be an integral part of the team in the ‘Oxen Bar & Grill’.
  • Responsible for delivering unrivalled guest experience, with a focus on creativity and authenticity.
  • Continual check backs ensuring guest service standards are met.
  • Maximise all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service.
  • Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Accurately manage all transactions during service.

Where will you be working?

Our well-connected brand-new hotel property, a short distance from the historic heart of Oxford City Centre, has a modernity that led the local press to dub it the ‘Star Wars’ hotel, for its innovative architectural design. Opened in November 2018, the hotel offers 170 well-appointed rooms, The Oxen Bar & Grill Restaurant, lounge and terrace, four executive meeting and event spaces catering for up to 120 delegates, onsite fitness room, and car parking for 160 guests.
