Front of House Team Members

The Farmer’s Dog – Cotswolds

We have built a proper great British pub — busy, welcoming and full of character — serving locally brewed Hawkstone beer and fresh seasonal dishes sourced directly from British farmers.

Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Farmer’s Dog is a high-volume, multi-faceted venue. We’re looking for energetic and motivated Front of House team members to help us deliver outstanding guest experiences.

This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork, personality and attention to detail matter just as much as experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver warm, professional and engaging customer service
  • Take food orders, answer menu questions and make recommendations
  • Serve food and drinks quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent presentation standards
  • Upsell drinks and promotions to enhance guest experience
  • Promote and champion our British-sourced produce and pub ethos
  • Keep bar and restaurant areas clean, stocked and organised
  • Follow licensing, hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a welcoming and tidy environment throughout the pub

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining standards
  • Flexible and proactive — willing to help wherever needed
  • Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)

If you enjoy a lively atmosphere and want to grow in hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
