Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include communication, administrative assistance, customer service, accounting, and office administration tasks on a daily basis.

General Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome walk-in customers and assist with order placement.
  • Process payments using cash and card machines.
  • Retrieve customer orders from the warehouse when required.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and take orders via phone, WhatsApp, or WeChat.
  • Input orders into the company system accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Check and respond to emails promptly and appropriately.
  • Organise and file invoices and other important documents.
  • Assist in placing orders for stock or supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - must speak English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
