Our catering provision is built around delivering fresh, nutritious, and high-quality food services across a diverse range of sites. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, strong client partnerships, and a commitment to compliance and sustainability. Whether supporting accommodation, education, healthcare, or commercial environments, our catering teams are passionate about creating positive experiences that reflect our values and meet the needs of every community we serve.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and service run smoothly. • Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support the kitchen team with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organising stock.
  • Collaborate with Chefs to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation.
  • Participate in menu planning by providing feedback on dishes and assisting with recipe development when required.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed in a dynamic kitchen setting.
  • A genuine passion for food preparation and catering is essential for success in this role.
  • A current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred but not essential.

If you are ready to embark on an exciting journey in the culinary world, we encourage you to apply for the Kitchen Porter position today!
