Job Summary
Commis Waiter will be responsible for supporting service staff and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient restaurant operations across a range of shifts Mon-Sat

Duties

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests leave
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
  • Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
  • Refill water, cutlery, and condiments as required
  • Physically fit and active
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
  • Respond politely and professionally to customer requests
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Assist customers with basic requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful attitude at all times
