Senior Hospitality Team Member – Wychbold

Join our team this festive season as our festive Senior Hospitality Team Member, helping to deliver a fantastic Christmas market experience for our guests!

The Festive Market Team Member lead will;

· oversee the day-to-day running of the festive market

· ensure all stock is available, correctly organised and in the right place.

· take ownership of maintaining high standards across the market

· make sure the huts, tables and surrounding areas are clean, tidy and inviting

· ensure that the team delivers an excellent guest experience.

· be accountable for ensuring all food hygiene, health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual with great attention to detail, who can lead by example and help make our festive market a brilliant experience for everyone!

This is a zero-hour fixed term position. The contract will run from 9 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.

We'd like to hear from candidates that are available to work flexibly across our weekday and weekend shifts.

The role is based at our store in Wychbold and so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
