Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in providing excellent customer service at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a background in the restaurant and catering industry, ensuring a high level of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide assistance as needed
- Assist with food preparation and serving when required
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the front end area
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Support bartending and hospitality duties during peak times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
- Ability to work well in a team and provide help where needed
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility to assist in various tasks within the front end area
