Full job description

We are looking for people who are passionate about food, wine & good old-fashioned hospitality as we are. We are looking for likeminded people who are enthusiastic, energetic and want to work in a small, owner operated business.

Ideally you will

  • Have previous restaurant front of house experience
  • Have a good knowledge of beverage service, wine knowledge would be an advantage
  • Be happy to work solo out front as well as with other team members
  • Be over the age of 18 (licensing laws)
  • Love the industry
  • Be loyal & hardworking
  • Be friendly, outgoing and happy to be a solid team player with a good work ethic

Qualifications

  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
  • A good wine knowlege and experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
  • The ability to ensure all our guests needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Organised with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
  • Ability to work well within a small team and independently when needed
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
  • A positive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • You must have the right to live and work in the UK

This role offers a lovely work environment and the opportunity to grow and learn.

Availability

Ideally you will be ready to start work on 25th August, or as close to as possible.

Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. Full time and part time roles available.

Hourly rate is way above average but varies as is based on experience.

Share of service charge.
