Junior sous chef required for flagship BBQ restaurant in Kingston

Responsibilities : Work closely with the head Chef to deliver food to spec and in good time as per customer expectations.

Contribute to weekly cleaning tasks adhering to EHO standards

Menu input is also well received in this role.

Starting off as a street food pop up known as BBQWhiskyBeer, SMOK'D is the bricks and mortar outlet bringing all the things we are passionate about to a pub environment. A family run business we care a lot about our people and do what we can to ensure they enjoy their jobs as much as we do.

The Grey Horse is our first location of 3 that is the original and flagship site we are looking for team members to join and grow with us as the company expands.
