Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our lasagnas and souces production operations at our Dephna kitchen. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring our team continues to deliver exceptional products that reflect our passion for Italian culinary excellence.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and quality standards.
  • Implement food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely moving in and out of products.
  • Train staff on culinary techniques and safety procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the kitchen.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven supervising experience in a food production or culinary environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
