As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, professional and memorable experience for everyone who walks through the door.

What you'll be doing

As the Front of House Receptionist, you'll ensure the smooth running of the front-of-house function by:

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to clients, visitors and members of the senior leadership team.
• Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Preparing and serving refreshments for visitors and meeting attendees.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office diary.
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry and document preparation.
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard.
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and maintaining office security protocols.
• Helping to create a polished, organised and welcoming office environment.

What we're looking for

As the Front of House Receptionist, we’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys delivering outstanding service. You'll also have:

• Previous experience within a corporate reception, front-of-house or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A positive, proactive and professional approach.
