A Fast paced, customer focused team seeking hardworking, enthuastic, flexible & reliable staff to join us.

We are looking for someone to join our front of house team working in waiting on & bar areas, welcoming and serving our guests, we are seeking people with an exceptional ability to learn processes, build strong relationships and grow within our team. Our team enjoy working hard and are passionate about the quality of our products and delivering knowledge of our products to our customers, the success of our business necessitates a strong commitment to our customers and the efficient serving and knowledge of our food and beverages. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the restaurant industry and a warm personality to ensure a positive customer experience, however full training can be given for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Be knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients in all items and deliver this knowledge confidently to customers.
  • Have knowledge of beverages and our products
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Be able to work quickly and efficiently under simple dining room guidelines.
  • Understand how to make suggestions & upsell to customers.
  • Have the ability to move quickly and for long periods of time.
  • Perform well under pressure of high volume.
  • Communicate effectively with management team and colleagues.
