Full job description for the role we will recruit : Fish&Chips Chef Full job description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fryer to join our team in the kitchen. As a Fryer, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fried foods. Duties: - Operate deep fryers and other kitchen equipment to cook food items - Prepare and season food products prior to frying - Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station - Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations - Assist with other kitchen duties as needed Requirements: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting - Knowledge of food preparation techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Understanding of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to work well as part of a team Job Type: Full-time
