Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic COCKTAIL SPECIALIST & Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a keen ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve Cocktails / alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly sanitised.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items ordered from the bar.
  • Uphold food safety regulations while preparing drinks and serving food items.

Experience

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
  • A background in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members alike.
