Chef de Partie

Due to one of our long standing Chef's moving out of the area, we are now recruiting for a Chef de Partie / Commis Chef for busy Pub/Restaurant in Sutton Coldfield.

Our independent, produce-driven restaurant is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen team. Working exclusively with the finest fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we specialise in refined fish and seafood cookery under the leadership of Chef Richard Turner.

Previous experience in a similar role essential.

5 day week, some split shifts, some 8hr shifts.
Staff meals, company pension, staff discount, good tips.

Salary starting at national living wage but can be increased depending on experience. Progression for the right candidate is available.

Applicants must be available to work evenings/weekends.

Sensible commuting distance to/from Sutton Coldfield B74 an advantage.
