  • Structured development and progression opportunities
  • Two set days off each week
  • Christmas Day off
  • 28 days annual holiday
  • Staff meals and uniform provided
  • Pension scheme
  • A disciplined, ambitious and supportive professional culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a quality-led or fine dining restaurant
  • Confidence running a busy section at a high standard
  • Strong food and wine knowledge (WSET advantageous)
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Michelin or rosette experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Calm leadership under pressure
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • A positive, team-focused mindset with high personal standards

At The Greyhound, great service is built on precision, anticipation, and pride in every detail. We invest in professionals who are serious about their craft and driven to be among the best in the industry.

If you are ready to take the next step in your career within an award-winning dining room, we would love to hear from you.
