What is the role?

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest while leading and inspiring your team to do the same. From supporting day-to-day operations to coaching team members and ensuring excellent service standards, you’ll help deliver smooth, enjoyable, and memorable visits for every customer. LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good. As a Team Leader, you’ll ensure every guest receives a big, warm welcome and excellent service, while leading by example on every shift. You will live & breathe LEON’s core values, supporting your team to deliver them consistently, while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and store standards.

You will take an active role across both front of house and kitchen, guiding your team in preparing and serving quality food with care and efficiency. You’ll follow brand guidelines to ensure compliance, support training and development, and help drive a positive, high-performing team culture.

• A valid UK passport.

Security Pass Requirements:

As this role involves working at an airport, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport. Please ensure you can provide the appropriate original documentation during the recruitment process
